Partial
Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Learn More

We are proud to work with most insurance companies, including:

Our Partial Hospitalization Program for Substance Abuse

Our Partial Hospitalization Program follows as a step down after completing our Residential Program. Our Partial Hospitalization Program consists of 25 hours of clinical services weekly. While in PHP, we offer our clients the ability to reside in Transitional Housing or what is called a Sober Living Home, bridging the gap between restriction and independent living.

Our PHP program includes:

  • 25 hours of clinical services per week
  • Individual sessions
  • Diverse educational groups as well as process therapy groups
  • Psychiatric Evaluation and medication management
  • Daily 12-Step meeting attendance

How Does our Partial Hospitalization Program Help With Recovery?

PHP continues to offer both the structural and supportive environment of our residential program, while clients are slowly reintegrated back into everyday life. While participating in PHP, clients learn healthy methods of coping with the hustle and bustle of life outside of Bridges of Hope’s residential treatment facility.

We believe this combination helps to establish a solid foundation on which our clients can pursue successful long term recovery.
