Carl is a professional Life/Recovery Coach from Coatesville, Indiana. He holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology with a specialization in addictions. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Trinity Theological Seminary.
Carl is certified as a Professional Recovery Coach through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches. He is certified as a professional Life Coach through the Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching. He holds a Medication Assisted Treatment Specialist certification through the Indiana Counselors Association on Alcohol and Drug Abuse.
Adrian attended Keiser University in West Palm Beach majoring in Psychology with a minor in Entrepreneurship. He is learning all aspects of the business and brings vision to the company.
Mr. Kozel has found a new home in his work and appreciates the variety that the job brings. He looks forward to helping the clients and their families, guiding them as they embark upon the journey of recovery.
Dr. Devona Anderson
Dr. Anderson is a focused and interested family physician specializing in the challenging field of substance abuse and mental health. Dr. Anderson attended Wayne State University, where she received her medical degree. She also completed her residency in family medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was a part of IU Health Physicians Family Medicine – Tipton before she came to Bridges of Hope as our Medical Director. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Her compassion and dedication to changing lives and reuniting families is what truly brings an edge to our treatment methodologies.
Jarren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR trained therapist, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ball State University in 2008 and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Indiana University in 2011. Jarren has had previous opportunities to work within the fields of mental health, substance abuse and developmental disabilities. Jarren brings experience in supervision, staff development and coaching. As a clinician, her primary interests include co-occurring disorders, trauma and gender and sexual minority concerns. Jarren is excited to support clients and clinicians in all aspects of recovery-oriented care.

Jacole is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University. She has worked as a nurse for 12 years with experience in women and children’s health, home health, teaching, and community health. Jacole brings management and leadership experience in nursing to Bridges of Hope. In her free time, Jacole enjoys spending time with her family and assisting a local homebirth Midwife. Jacole is passionate about helping people find hope and success in recovery.
Annie Reider Wright
Annie has been working in addiction as a therapist for the past 28 years. She finds great pleasure in being a part of her patients journey to recovery and guiding them to build a new foundation of life, full of successes. “I have the best job in the world. Angela has worked in the substance abuse and mental health field since 2004. She started out as a mental health assistant and later worked her way up to be a behavioral health counselor. As part of her Master’s program in social work, Angela completed a practicum at the Anderson Center in 2008. She learned how to conduct intake assessments in both the office and hospital settings. In 2009, she completed a practicum at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, working with adults with various substance abuse and mental health diagnoses. Angela earned her MSW from Indiana University School of Social Work in 2009, and became a licensed clinical social worker in 2016.
