Dr. Thomas Millikan graduated from New Castle High School in 1980. He received his undergraduate degree from Taylor University in 1984. Dr. Millikan then went on to further his education in medicine at Indiana University – School of Medicine. After graduating from medical school in 1988, Dr. Millikan went to Ball Hospital, where he completed his transitional program. Before taking the role as Medical Director at Bridges of Hope Treatment Center, Dr. Millikan operated a private practice (General/Family Medicine) in New Castle, Indiana since 1989. Dr. Millikan has been practicing Addiction Medicine since 2006 with the ability to provide treatment plans for recovering addicts with the appropriate prescriptions to better position patients for long-term recovery.
